KinFit is back March 9th!!!

Hey everyone. Just wanted to let everyone know that KinFit will be back from hiatus March 9th with a brand new episode! Be ready for all new, info, tips, and definately bloopers this year! We'll be posting up a video very soon announcing our return!

Hello everybody!

Haven't  posted any updates since December (our bad, our bad). We've just been really busy lately, so we went on hiatus until we got our filming schedule back on track. But just to let most of you all know that KinFit episodes will be back soon and we'll be posting more updates and health tips in the coming weeks, so stay tuned and thanks for watching!

KinFit on vacation

Hi everyone! It's vacation time so no episode this week, but check back in 2 weeks for our next episode!

Unfortunately there is no new episode this week. But be sure to check back on June 25th when KinFit turns 1 for our birthday episode! (Yep it's been 1 year already!!)

KinFit on Revver

You can now also watch episodes of KinFit on Revver, a online video site like YouTube. By adding our episodes on Revver it provides another option for you to view our episodes and in addition this will also help us further attract more viewership from around the web!

Happy Easter & Episode 21 next week

All of us at KinFit would like to wish everyone a happy Easter! We're taking this holiday Monday off, so no new episode this week but we will be back next week (April 16th) with Episode 21. Be sure to check back to find out whats new next episode!!

New Canada Food Guide

On Monday the Canadian government released the New Canada Food Guide, the first update in 15 years. You can check out what's new and get a free copy at the official Canada Food Guide site.

We will talk more about the new food guide and some of the significant new changes and modifications on our next episode so be sure to check back next week (Feb.12) for it!!!

KinFit - UPDATE

We hope everyone had a good holidays. Just a quick post to let everyone know that we will be shooting Episode 15 at the Montreal Can-Fit Pro conference held at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel this weekend. If you are attending, give us a shout if you see us! You can catch this episode when it is posted/released next Monday (Jan. 15).
